The Lakes Area Food Shelf Board of Directors wishes to thank all who gave so generously to the March food drive. We are very grateful for each one’s help --- this year’s drive totaled $37,494.00 --- which means food costs and operating expenses are met for four months! We are especially thankful for the newspaper and radio advertising that was donated to help spread the word about the food drive for the lakes area.

NEED HELP ???
We are a non-profit organization helping those in the areas of Breezy Point, Ideal Township, Jenkins, Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, and rural Merrifield.
Only requirement is that you meet federal income guidelines and have current
electric bill showing permanent address in the above areas.

WANT TO HELP ??? Tax-deductible donations can be mailed to Lakes Area Food Shelf PO Box 724 Nisswa, MN 56468 We are able to purchase foods from Second Harvest (Dept. of Agriculture) in case lots - purchase locally when necessary. |
